Positions and Employment

Concurrent with the release of the first IBM PC, he developed an integrated specialized accounting program for law offices and formed VertiSoft Company to market and distribute the software.  From its success, the company was sold in 1996 and realizing an opportunity in funeral service in Saline, Michigan.


Areas of Expertise

 Ladd is currently instructing in law, anatomy, history, forensic investigation and serves on national committees (mortuary science) and on several college committees.


Responsibilities

Religion, Values, and Death, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Mortuary and Business Law I & II, Senior Seminar, Future Trends, and Medical Microbiology in the funeral service program;   Expert Witness, Interrogation, Forensic Ethics, and Directed Studies in the Post-Bachelor Certificate in Forensic Investigation program.  Michigan Mortuary Science Licensee, Wayne State University.
